Just cancelled all my hosting plans with Arvixe. The level of support has just gotten ridiculous. Now a ticket takes on average 3-5 days to get a response even when marked urgent. After 3 weeks of repeating same information and also contacting their billing and sales depts the response time is still a joke.
They used to be ok a few years ago when I first started using them but now its just useless.
Now have moved everything to my VPS with knownhost who have been brilliant and where support...
